Noise level in this place is saving me $200 in tips

OK so this is a dog-free establishment. $18 cover but the food is lackluster service pathetic. I'm here now and been waiting over half hour for my Caesar salad because the nachos were unworthy of what I'm celebrating. Hope the salad makes amends. Have to shout in the waitress ear to get an order in. Already one screw up because of thevniise. Normally go through $300 mostly tips but feeling so disconnected due to the noise level that I'm inba shell here. Not tipping nothing. Probably be leaving after my salad and second glass of wine. About $100. Not having a great time but at least the noise level saved me a few Benjamin's. It takes more than attractive dancers to have an enjoyable strip club experience.
