it occupies the site of the former Chez Joey, some locals and taxi drivers warned us to be wary of The Treasure Club (which I'm going to refer to as TTC) since it has only been open a few week.
However, TTC is one of a chain of locations and my interactions with host, David, leading up to a mancation had all been professional and helpful - we had wanted to see if there were any specials for groups and so we were slated for a VIP package. We used referred transportation (not free; cheaper than an UBER) to get there around 11pm on a Friday from a nearby steakhouse. We were expected and quickly assigned a pair (one in training) of what I'll term Bouncer-Hosts. They introduced themselves to each member of our party, whisked us upstairs to a balcony area, and laid out exactly what they were charging for everything, how all the logistics would work, who to contact for anything, and otherwise got us all set up with beverages.
Our balcony overlooked a main stage, full bar, a closed side stage, a massage chair setup (Myrtle Beach clubs tend to have masseuses who work the floor - I've not seen an actual massage station before), and, across the building, a ground-level VIP area. There were many open seats on the main floor - we heard repeatedly from multiple dancers are multiple clubs that this is the slow time of the year. On our second-floor level, we were flanked on one side by a series of what I'll call private cabanas (none with doors - so this is a "clean" establishment).
