Classiest club in PDX

I'm a dancer who has worked at many clubs in Portland. I visited Spyce as a customer many times before actually working as a dancer. I'll start by giving a review for customers, then one for dancers as well.

As a customer: The reviews are not lying when they say that the hottest girls in Portland are here. Clubs such as Rose City, Union Jacks, Kit Kat etc tend to have all alternative-type girls who look similar and would not get hired in most Vegas clubs. Spyce has more of the "Barbie" type look, which can be hard to find in PDX. Unlike some other clubs, paying more money does pay off as you really get what you pay for. $30 is a short, no-contact dance and if you're not spending at least $100 it's hardly worth going in. If you do get a VIP room though, you have full contact, complimentary drinks etc (even full privacy and music of your choice in the champagne VIP) However it is topless only no matter how much you spend. A lot of the girls who are hotter feel entitled to customers money and may just expect you to hand it over without much effort on their end. You can also tell that many of the girls think they are hotter than they are...and the club as a whole thinks it's more valuable than it is. Sure, it's the best in Portland...but I mean, it's Portland. That's not saying much.

As a dancer: This club is always busy after 9 no matter what day it is. However many customers are cheap and unless you're a great hustler, good luck averaging over $300 on weekday nights with the huge cuts they take out of your dances. That may sound like I'm just a bad hustler but as someone who has averaged $700+ regularly for months on end at Rouge and Casa, I'm just being real with you. Weekends are pretty awesome though. Also...KEEP TRACK OF YOUR EARNINGS. Make sure the hostess writes down everything you do, and consider screenshotting all your transactions as you go. They are notorious for "accidentally" not giving you all your money or "forgetting" to write down that you did something. I've left with them owing me over $150 before but they don't care about the dancers and will not give it back once you're out the door. Also, hold onto your money bag for dear life. Zero chance of staff reviewing the cameras for you if it's stolen
