I was not prepared.
So I hadn't really been to a strip club in a long while. I went into a few lately with friends to settle them in (they were tourists) but I decided not to stay long. However, I've heard such great things about the PR, I went on a whim on a monday evening. I am a local and showed up in my car so they just asked me to please enjoy drinks at the bar. That was my first mistake. I think I enjoyed the New Castles a little TOO much and often. The club had maybe 4 guys in it including myself at 6pm. About 6 dancers on staff at the time with more coming in as the night went on. I enjoyed a lot of good conversation with everyone in the club, dancers and bartender a like. I saw a girl that just drove me nuts above all others. Honestly, There was one girl who looked like Paige from the WWE...like almost a mirror image. I received a pretty good lap dance from her and we talked for a while. The conversation never really flowed though (age difference I think). Then saw someone with my prototype body (short and curvy). I purchased a topless dance from her, Loved it. Then instead of just taking her to a VIP room, I decided to do the 15 curtained dance for $150 (I only went in planning to spend 100). The milage was crazy good. That on top of the beers and my head was all sorts of clouded and I decided to spend a lot of money I didn't have on the VIP room experience. I kind of wish they didn't make you buy the bottle of booze to get the room. I feel like price is high enough that everyone is making a great chunk of money already. Anyways, the downstairs VIP was like a 8 out of 10 experience. the upstairs is MUCH pricier but a 10 out of 10. I'm sure this varies by dancer. It was 400 for the room. After reading some other websites apparently I paid toward the higher end of the range girls quote. Although I'm very disappointed I wasn't more disciplined with my spending, I had a fantastic time and only my pocket book regrets it.
I think one way to drive up business for the ladies and the club, is if they waived the bottle requirement if you have already spent close to 100 dollars at the bar already. It would be more of an incentive to buy drinks at the bar. It would make the customer feel like he's getting a deal and might promote more VIP room buys which obviously make everyone a ton of money.
