Platnum, now PT's Brooklyn, is a fairly upscale club in a pretty seedy area, but you are safe here. There is armed security for a parking lot areas and the whole area is pretty well lit.

Inside is it's strong side, with a very good decor, even date material good. The lighting in the normal dance area is pretty good and there is plenty of seating available around tables, at the central bar, and in the numerous lounge chairs.

There is a DJ in a mid level booth between the bottom and the top levels of the club, the top levels obviously reserved for lap dances. One thing I don't like is the $5 fee for the "management" they have for the lapdances. Luckily you only pay this fee once and the rest of the lap dances are $30 (average of Brooklyn).
