not a friendly place

How do I begin? Never been to many clubs in Indy but have heard good things. Chose this one based on reviews and ease of travel off the highway. First thing I noticed was its not in a great section of town. I was prepared to drive by if it looked questionable. I was surprised by how nice the outside was ans even a club employee watching the parking lot. Score one for level of comfort. The website said they open at 11 so I arrived at 11.20. Place was empty besides me and three local guys who arrived for lunch. I was asked if I wanted lunch and declined ordering a water. I sat at the empty bar. The club is nice with a long stage and lots of tables. Everything seemed up to date and clean. I received my water without even a glance or word from the bar tender, There were dancers going into a back room to get changed, I counted about 12-15 in the time I was there. Most 6-9. Not one even looked at me when they walked by let alone smile or say hello. After I finished my water it took me five minutes to get the bartenders attention for another at the empty bar. After 35 minutes of no one speaking to me the DJ announced all dancers would be on the stage in ten minutes. Seemed a little embarrassing as I was the only customer. Since no one could be bothered speaking to me (I realize it was early but thats the time they open) I decided to hold onto my money. I had been prepared to spend alot and have some fun.As I left no surprise. The bartender and waitress did not even look up.
