Men's Club

Physically, the Men’s Club is one of the nicest strip clubs I have ever seen, but the quantity and quality of the girls made for an underwhelming visit. Outside (as well as inside) it looks like a high-end country club. There is a covered driveway outside the entrance where you can leave your car with the valet, but there was also plenty of free parking in the large lot. Just past the wood and glass double entrance doors is a large anteroom with marble floors and columns where a cute girl behind a counter takes the $10 cover charge. A dress code sign next to the counter says no hats allowed, “except for cowboy hats.” I’m really in Texas.

Past the anteroom is the main club area, which continues the upscale look. The main bar is an island to the left. There is a smaller bar to the right immediately as you enter, but it was closed. There is also another smaller bar against the far wall (this one was open). I took a seat at the main bar and ordered a domestic beer, which was $6. Curiously, when I got my second one about 40 minutes later, it was $7. In the far left corner is the entrance to the restaurant, which I did not enter. The middle portion of the high ceiling is composed of a large, red velvet looking canopy, from which a large crystal chandelier hangs. The room is well lit and everything looks high end: red oriental style carpeting throughout, stained wood finishes, and marble columns.

The main stage is against the right wall, and there are two smaller satellite stages, one behind the main bar and one past the small bar in the left rear of the room. There weren’t any poles on any of the stages, but that doesn’t matter to me. I couldn’t care less whether or not a dancer can work a pole. I just want her to look good and act slutty.
