Decent and OK but not live up to reputation

"Rick's" is a well-know chain of cabaret's with a pretty good reputation at other locations. But this one (Austin/Round Rock) is just OK. Not bad and not great. Just so-so. I've been a few times on a few different weeks and it's been the same every time. The good news is they seem consistent with the number of dancers and they are generally above-average physically and visually. Unlike other places they seem to get the ratio of dancers-to-customer pretty good most of the time. The bad news is the wait staff is horrible. Wait forever unless you flag somebody over and then the disappear after taking your order which you never know if it's coming or not. Also seemed like most of the girls were pretty well stuck to their regulars. So even thought there was a good ratio of dancers, there were very few that were available if you aren't a regular customer.

If I were I regular then I get the impression this would be a good place. But since I'm only an occasional visitor it wasn't working for me.
