Same Old Baby Dolls
I haven't been to Baby Dolls for at least year. Often times when you go that long between visits the club entirely changes. It's nice to see that Baby Dolls has some consistency. I was disappointed that the cover charge at night has gone up to $7 but guess that's still a bargain given the number of stages and dancers. I don't know of any other clubs where you can watch 7 different woman on stage at the same time and get a front row seat to any of them. That's one thing I love about Baby Dolls is that you don't have to site and wait while one girl does 2-3 songs for the next girl to come out. Let's face it, a lot of girls just don't do it for a person and you can spend half a night waiting for a good. But at Baby Dolls you walk in the door and can instantly shop 6-7 girls. The only downside is that you have to wait for 7 songs if you see someone you like for a lap dance. One thing I still don't understand though is why they can't get dancers as good looking as the bartenders.
Lap dances are still $20 and still give you a lot of mileage. I've never tried one of the VIP rooms upstairs, but I get enough action just finding a nice spot upstairs away from the crowd. Stay away from the chair area behind the main stage unless you like people watching you. I had a dance there and people walking by just stop and watch. I don't know why they feel that area is good for public viewing, but I would stick with the upstairs dances.
Something I've never done before that worked quite well at the club was tip a waitress to bring you a dancer. A lot of girls disappear into the back and I'm not always sure about personalities. But if you give a waitress $10 and ask them for help in finding a dancer that does XYZ or looks XYZ one magically shows up at your table within 5 minutes. If your getting bored or impatient give it a try. A great way to speed the shopping process along.
