Good Time at Phoenix HiLiter

I visited the infamous HiLiter club a couple weeks back. I was traveling to Phoenix, and it came highly recommended. I knew I had a day and a night, so I opted to visit HiLiter during the day, as the reviews seemed to indicate that it can be hopping during the day. Admittedly I was expecting it to be even busier based on what I had heard, but to be fair it was far busier than my usual club would have ever been on a Wednesday afternoon between noon and 4 PM.

I entered, and immediately thought that the girl I would end up wanting to get dances from was the girl taking the cover charge behind the glass counter. Wow! I would end up being correct, not due to ugly dancers in the club, but simply due to the fact that she was just smokin' hot. The cover was cheap, something like $10 if I recall.

I asked for $40 in one dollar bills, as it is my usual M.O. to head to the stage. I noticed, however that no one else was doing this, and thought I'd feel out of place. In the 4 or 5 hours I was there, I never saw anyone sit at the stage. It did seem, however, that if you were interested in a girl up on the stage men would casually walk up, slip a couple of dollar bills in front of the dancer, and then walk back to their seat. Inevitably the dancer would come and find that guy.
