Cherry's is closed. New club in same location has opend by name of Knockouts Sports Cabaret

Well, Cherry’s is now closed. In its place is a new club called Knockouts Sports Cabaret. It appears it debuted back at the very end of April/beginning of May, or roughly four months ago. From driving around the building and looking at the signage and advertising it is clear it is still a strip club and very similar to Cherry’s. It looks like a facelift was done on the outside of the building and surely it will still cater to the Marines and Veterans as the back gate is so close and so many live near Highway 172.

There are only a couple of other venues in the area that could qualify as a “sports bar” so perhaps that will increase the draw a bit. They have brought in a couple of headliner guest entertainers the first couple of months. I just happened to in town and driving though and could only visit during off peak hours early evening for a very short stay, so hard to form an impression. I will update when I am able to visit for a longer time. Would love to see a return to when this building hosted the old Silver and Gold Club.
