Certainly not bad, but could have been better
Decided to roll on over after losing an annoying amount of money (quickly) playing craps at the SugarHouse casino nearby. I probably arrived after 1015. Parking was plentiful, reasonably lit, and had a bouncer at the door who could intervene if needed. You immediately pay cover upon entry, which was $8 at the time. You empty your pockets to go through a metal detector, and then you're greeted by the bar and lapdance room.
Took a seat at the bar and ordered a captain and coke. Drink was made quickly, bartender was attractive but engaged in zero chit chat, and the drink seemed watered down. The second was the same; I watched her make it, and she used a single shot of captain, so I this the culprit for the poor drinks was the club going cheap on soda of all things. About halfway through the second drink I had to get up and walk around the club, as the views were partially obstructed, and I was getting zero attention - few dancers were circulating, and none bothered to stop by. I have no idea what the reason was, as I was nicely dressed, am not a troll, and even had tip money at the ready on the bar; I was expecting more of a tip parade.
Walking around, the place is well-appointed, and I won't belabor those details as there are plenty in previous reviews and pictures on the club website. Finally, I deduce that I'm going to have to sit much closer to the stage to get any attention whatsoever. I sat one row back off the rail, since the angles at the stage are a bit extreme and I didn't want to have to crane my neck. However, still no attention, even with eye contact and trying to mouth some greetings - they seemed more focus on some guys from West Virginia who were smoking up the place and tossing crumpled bills. And mind you, I had cash in-hand to tip, and had several hundred dollars to burn.
