Not Bad (In A Good Way)

A nice crowd of dancers for a Thursday evening, the cover was $8.00 plus another $6.00 for a beer. The waitresses were cool once I had the bottle and didn't ask, endlessly, if I wanted another. The club is small, so don't expect a giant, gaudy auditorium with women hanging from chandeliers.

The dancer quality this evening was higher than normal, especially during the summer months here in Phoenix. I was there to watch a game and kick back and, if a dancer caught my eye, get a dance or two. I was approached numerous times by almost every girl in the club, even those I didn't tip. I finally had a few dances from a tight little brunette with nice naturals on the floor. She told me her VIPs were better, but I wasn't ready to make a commitment like that after previous visits to the club. But she was sweet enough to make me wonder. We'll see.

All in all, a good evening at a local club. Nothing great, but when you expectations are low, even the smallest and strictest of clubs can arise to the occasion.
