I know this club from way...

I know this club from way back when. Rumors over the past 2 years or so persist that things have gone downhill in quality, management changes, etc, so i decided to go check things out myself.

Well, very simply, it was fine. Still cozy and intimate, w/ good privacy upstairs in the VIP area. A good selection to choose from - I had my eye on someone on stage who was dancing when I arrived. I was disappointed when she finished her dances and then walked over to the far side of the Club to (re?) join a group ; but simply asking my waitress to get her attention for me did the trick - she was by my side and snuggling up to me in moments. After ordering drinks, we went upstairs - yes there is that $5 fee for the wristband to access the upstairs VIP area - where I had reasonably good mileage considering it was a first date.

The Club physically looks as nice as ever - not too glitzy - which I like. Clean, upholstery clearly updated. Drinks - usual price range. Waitress service - efficient and friendly. Bouncers - unobtrusive. So rumors are laid to rest - this is still a solid place for fun and R & R.
