I've been to CLUB DOWNTOWN many times, and the reason I consistently pay this Club a visit pretty well every time I'm visiting Montreal is simply because I feel so completely comfortable here. Yes, I did get robbed here once pretty badly - I can only guess as how much but we are talking hundreds, however when you decide you are going to get so fucked that you are at the mercy of those around you, what can you expect? Even that instance aside for which I take full blame actually, I simply like this Club for the dancer quality and the fact that often times a Rules Enforced club such as this will attract girl-next-door types, and not just your hardened sometimes rather cold career sex workers. I know this for sure bc one babe I met here with the most perfect body - all natural plump but firm breasts with perky nipples - was kind enough to exchange digits and meet me at a normal bar with one of her girlfriends the following night and she was clear to tell me she would make up a story to her friend that I was a fellow tenant in her apartment building bc she had told no one that she worked DOWNTOWN for some extra $$$ for nice clothes and shoes some nights. Secret safe with me! Anyway just really genuine and nice people here. What a turn-on to be out at a social club with a girl and her friends, knowing the night before you were caressing her body with her perfect tits in your face but you've gotta play dumb!;) haa...Lower chance of a ROB here despite what I've already said above. The Stage is pretty narrow, however unless they open the other side on the Main Floor with its own stage, they have the setup such that regardless where you are seated - bar or stage floor, you will always be able to see who's on stage and the lighting is good enough to see the dancer's bitties as well. The Bouncers here are actually nice guys they just won't stand for guys messing with the dancers and that's why the dancers trust they know what they're getting into when they sign up to dance at this establishment. Oh the bartenders and servers here deserve cudos as well - they deliver upbeat service with a smile and that is likely the primary reason I feel like a dude stopping in for a drink rather than a pervert drooling over a few flashed titties when im here. The chairs though are a tad uncomfortable and often I will need to place my jacket over the back end of their chairs not to mess up my back! The dancer quality here is high. Which is pretty amazing for $10/dance pricing but again they have that security in knowing no curry Indian is gonna get away with trying to get his fingers wet upstairs. You have to go up a floor to the private dance area. I've had several girls say that the booths have cameras. If they do they are well hidden spy cameras. I really think that is just what management tricks the girls into believing or just something the girls will say to us patrons. I've been able to suck on titties here before no problem, which is somehow a big no-no here, why I dont know, so perhaps it's a matter of taking me to a certain booth? If anyone's gonna stretch the rules out it's usually me. It's kinda a game to me and one I've successfully played for years without ever getting my nose smashed in. Unless breasts count?? And the bonus here is I have on more than one occasion let my mind go a bit and might lose count on songs, and have had girls err on the side of counting too few than too many songs! Which tells me they actually care about their repeat customers whereas in other clubs they clearly expect a one time experience with you in the booths and never expect to see you again or could care less. What i call reckless dancing lol The girls will do stage sets where by the end they are either fully nekked or pretty dang close. I don't mind the tease at all - they should probably change the name of this club to TEASE DT - so if you're a guy who starts to boil over when his money spent cant even get him some gratuitous stick-shifting then you be in the wrong place! I personally have found BEAUTIFUL young unassuming and honest girls here - they will sit and chat with you without pretending like you owe them something just to chat -I've heard nightmare stories from other places- and are generally very nice girls just here earning some extra cash and only taking off their tops (not bottoms) in the booths to get it! Funny how you really need to visit each mtl club to know their rules. They make them up as they go. One club will INSIST the girls lose their bottoms by the end of their stage set - like Kingdom - whereas others will not. Some clubs will have one area where the bottoms come off in the booths for a higher price, and yet other clubs like DT - it simply isn't an option. I find this almost comical. Leave it to les français to make everything confusing for us visitors.... you've got to try the clubs to know if you will like the clubs. There's no consistency btw clubs rules, even within the city limits. If you want a real atmosphere with dry ice and a stellar stage area - Kingdom is what I'd recommend. If you want much less atmosphere but far more money in your pocket the following morning, DOWNTOWN will do the trick no question! Just for the no hassle Laid back sense I get from DT and the fact on any night there will at least be a few 9's on shift, I give this Club high marks for a strictly teaser club. If you play the OTC game it is going to cost you visitor's pricing here. Best to just enjoy the fairly priced dances here. When you get 30 minutes of booth time with a girl and she says you owe her 60-80 bucks, you aren't going to spend the rest of your night pissed off and if you're like me you'll certainly be back!
