I took a trip to Manitowoc to check out the strip clubs, first stop at Top Hat. this club is listed as a nude club, not so. this is a topless club. only one dancer flashed her kitty. there was only 3 dancers working this night, and one more showed up as I was leaving. all of them were in there 20s white, cute and spinners some had a lot of tats. they were middle of the road in how friendly they were. the building looks like it was a house at one time and is on the dumpy and run down. the bathroom was clean but also could use some work. the stage is an odd shaped affair with mirrors lining the walls of the dance stage area giving it a fun house effect. the lap dances are in a couple of large booths with curtains for doors. $20 for one or $50 for three. a mix of grind and air. full bar as far as I can tell and no food service. I would not make a long trip to get here but if you are in the area it's worth checking out.
