Dancers were busy

I made another trek to this old standby which I've had good times in the past. This time not so much. I did get a hit soon after sitting from a plump AA, not bad but she only offered a HJ??? Not what I was accustomed too. Maybe I could have talked her into something else but wasn't ready, I wanted to play the field a bit. I had a second beer and waited while the rest, I saw a couple that looked interesting, were milling around. They played in front of me, no eye contact. Others were laughing at the bar. Another guy came in, sat around the bar where I was, in the corner. This is the side of the bar where action happens in case others may not know. Anyway it didn't for me that day. The plump AA was nice enough and used her hands well. Wasn't going to settle (HJ, here?) but couldn't get any other interest. Not happened to me before. The guy that I mentioned earlier got prompt service from a cutie. Went right by me. Guess it was regular day. First time Friday for me, maybe the difference. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon. I had my backup at Paradizio so off I trekked.
