Not really a Perfect 10

Went to p10 today evening at around 6pm.

I had called before going and was told that the cover charge is $10 if you enter before 7pm and then onwards it is 15. They also told on phone that it is happy hour between 6pm to 8pm.

I enteted. Paid $10.
