Getting better

I've been to Paradizios at times after Vic's has closed. This review is a compilation of two visits in the afternoon. My normal stop if Vic's, but they have been slow in the early afternoon. I arrived around 3:00 and there were more dancers than I've experienced (around 6). As described, the club is on a main street and parking can be a pain. There's a mandatory frisk when entering, but no cover before 8:00. Beers are cheap at $3 in the afternoon. This is a typical Irvington bar with AA dancers in all shades and sizes. Some shouldn't be dancing, but lately the selection has been pretty good.

The allure of this club is it's value. There's no private area, but just about anything goes around the bar. No one seems to care and everyone minds their own business. Service is getting better with a new bartender (pretty hot herself). For those familiar with Irvington, dances are $10 and lots of mutual groping, etc. All in all a good visit for the afternoon. I may have to check this place out some evening as well.
