It's ok

I worked at this club for 7 months. One of the worst clubs I have ever worked for. Not fair. And the girls are completely rude. They condone drugs usage and getting drunk. They truly don't care about the girls. And please take out that broken stand up tanning bed in the back. Waste of space and a total fire hazard. the boss is a complete jerk. I would be working drive 4pm to 5am 6 nights a week. They make it basically impossible to take off. The cameras upstairs don't really work. So when you need help and a possible video of proof. You don't have it. The DJ's are jerks. Doesn't matter how much you too then. They still won't play the type of music. And if I'm the one getting naked on that damn stage and i tip you 50-100 on top of your tip of you better play some songs I want. They have absolutely no respect for the girls. The shower in there is deaf hating and the stall doors have no locks. Sometimes when a girls gotta go we gotta go and we don't want anyone else looking in. They need to redo that whole entire dressing room. If the dancers feel good while we are getting ready we will do good and feel so much better about it. The environment you work in is key. Why can't the changing room for us girls be just as nice as the outside area where all the clients are? I wish we got treated the same.
