Normally love the place, this was a bust.

I had a long layover in Detroit and decided to try the old reliable. Well as it turns out, the old reliable ain't so reliable when the day shift has left and the night shift isn't quite on board yet, there were plenty of customers and plenty of waitresses but almost no dancers and the dancers that were there weren't all that cute. The stage rotations were boring and I was seriously worried that my little layover sprint was going to come to nothing. Then the one dancer I thought was cute came over to talk. We had a nice little conversation and I didn't get the immediate "wanna dance" which I love as a sales technique.

We went up to the dance area and I paid the ten dollar fine and then into the dance area we went. It was here I discovered a major problem the new leather chairs they have in there are awful, they're too narrow to really allow the dancers into your lap and they make any..... extra attention harder to receive as well. I did get extra attention and it was delivered with a surprising amount of passion, I must have scored a relative newbie.

Bogarts is still the old reliable, but avoid early evenings and hope they rethink their approach to the seating situation.
