A first class massage and more

This is not a strip club. It is a legitimate massage parlor with extras. It is a little of the beaten path in essentially a strip mall on the second floor near Zona Rio (around the corner from Le Contanier). My suggestion is to take the address as not all cab drivers will be familiar with it. But if you show the cab driver the address that is on this site, they will be able to find it. The facilities are very nice -- as nice as any upscale spa.

Here is the way it works: Once you go in, you will be asked to choose something from the menu: http://nbelitemenspa.com/menu/ Your best bet is probably one of the packages. This will include a massage (by a legitimate masseuse), a girl and something else (e.g. a sauna). This is an all in price (no further tipping). You will then be asked to choose the girl from a line-up (depending on the day from about 3-8). Quality will vary but is generally good. The girl you choose will not do the massage. An older masseuse will provide you with a quality massage. This is somewhat similar to the Hong Kong sauna set up -- the masseuse will be different than the girl. As you can see from the prices, its a bit pricey for Tijuana, but the package provides convenience.

You will be shown the locker room where you will change and leave your clothes in a locker and shower. These are nice facilities. You can choose the order (e.g. massage, girl and sauna). Assuming you follow that order, you will be led to a room for a massage; when the massage is done, you will be shown the room with the girl. You can then use the sauna, then shower, change and go.
