Overall great club, but room for improvement

I have gone to the Spearmint Rhino in Lexington three times within the past year. it is a great club, but there is room for improvement in certain areas.

Facility:

The club has a nice set up. You enter through the exterior door and are greeted by reception where you pay the cover. Typically this is an attractive woman, although I have been there during the day when the next wasn't staffed, and eventually one of the guys came in and let me in. The entrance to the club opens into a hallway that leads past the bathrooms then on into the interior of the club. The men's room is nice and well maintained, but on our last visit my girlfriend said that the women's room was not in good condition. She reported dirty looking stalls with doors that would not lock and damaged fixtures.
