Why would anyone go here?

I stopped in while on a business trip to Atlanta and right after a nice visit to Follies. I just wanted to try something different and see what the Pony was like. This was my first visit. My hotel was very close, so there was no effort to stopping. The parking lot is open and fine, at least during the day. There was a doorman, not sure why, but there was no search and no cover. I went inside and there were 3 different bars open, and one dancer on stage. I only saw one other dancer and she was tied up with a customer. I sat at the bar like everyone else seem to be doing. There did seem to be a number of waitresses, so given the light crowd, service should be good. I did not see anyone who was not at one of the bars, probably about 10 customers overall.

I checked out the mens room. It was under significant construction. It had two sides, was not sure if one or both were open. Back to my seat. Got a beer. Price was not bad, but don't remember exact amount. I watched the dancer on stage. She was topless, but not much of a routine. I seemed to be the only one watching even though all but one of the other customers did not have any female company. No one tipped.

I finished my beer. Still only 2 dancers and none talking to me.

My question is why would you ever go here with Follies a few miles up the road? Not many dancers, Rumors of no mileage, not much of a daytime event, mens room under construction. I tried it and did not like it. I will not be back.
