Hot dancers, good stage show, decent dances.
I visited Palomino on a Tuesday evening, arriving around 9:30pm. I walked over from Jerry's Nugget across the street. The randomized cover odds were in my favor this time, as I was let in without paying anything at all. The amount charged seems to be the whim of the door guy. A bottle of water was about $6; I don't remember exactly.
The club hasn't changed in a while. The main stage stretches out from the back wall into the room, with seats adjacent and then tables (all with reserved signs on them). There are a few high-top tables near the bar, with some view of the stage, and some stools at the bar with a very poor view of the stage. On this visit the club was slow, and it was easy to get a seat at the stage.
The stage performances continue to be excellent at Palomino. The dancers all performed. On this night there wasn't much done on the pole, but there was some good floor work and general dancing about. Dancers all got nude on stage over the course of two songs. Previous trips had three-song rotations, so maybe that was something different due to the weeknight/slow business. Tipping generated a bit of attention, but not any interaction (with the exception of one woman at the stage that was given a motorboat). I like a good stage show as part of my club experience, and Palomino remains one of the few clubs that does a nice job with this.
The women ranged from nice looking to gorgeous. Despite only being about a dozen of them present, the dancers varied in ethnicity and shape. All were fit. A couple were head-turning hot. One had lots of body modifications - piercings, tattoos, split tongue, etc.. The others were more traditional looking.
The dancers were also friendly. Several came to my stage-side seat and, except for one, sat on my lap and chatted a bit before getting to the dance request. None were pushy, nor rude about being turned down. I've found the experience at Palomino to generally be less high-pressure than other clubs in Vegas, and this trip was no exception.
Lap dances are done upstairs in curtained circular booths that offer a bit of privacy. Prices are posted, so you don't need to negotiate everything with every dancer. They were 3/$100, 15 minutes for $150, and 30 minutes for $250. They have fancy rooms for more. The normal dances don't have any bar charge on top (another advantage of Palomino over other Vegas clubs). The rooms do require a bottle purchase. In the past, the rooms have had big bed/platforms and more privacy than the booths, but I haven't actually visited one in a while so I don't know if that's still the case.
I did dances with several dancers. All of them got nude and allowed general fondling and caressing. One gave a decent grind for part of it, and one very slightly rubbed me back while suggesting a fantasy room would be fun. While the touching the dancer part of the dances was good here, the dances I had this trip were pretty tame in contact back from the dancer -- no dedicated grind, etc..
I like Palomino. It has its flaws and limitations, but it's a reliable evening of fun in Vegas. The prices are clear (except for the cover) and not outrageous (for Vegas). The dancers are hot and friendly. The dances are decent (and Chicas Bonitas is next door if you want a heavy grind or more). I wish it was possible to reserve a table with a stage view for less than $200, so I had a seat to go back to after getting a dance. And I still miss the dance/song option from before Covid. Tuesday evening was a mixed blessing -- not as crazy as a Friday night but that also meant a smaller dancer crew. I'm sure I'll return next time I'm in Vegas.
