I had not been to this club in several years because I usually visit the miami clubs. I was playing poker at seminole hardrock and I did well, so I decided to take my winnings and spend it at a club in broward. I left the casino at 12:30 am and went to Vegas Cabaret in Lauderhill. For those that do not know, the club is located in part of a strip mall off of University Blvd. It is north of Oakland Park Blvd if coming from the south, if you reached commercial blvd you would have gone to far. As far as the club goes, the cover was still ten dollars, but I was in for a surprise. The Club had changed from being a mostly latina entertainers to being mostly black entertainers. For me not a bad thing, but something to keep in mind for other visitors.

The club it self had some changes to the interior but was overall very clean with good lighting in the central area but darker as you went to the far sides of the club. I have to say the DJ was not bad, and the music is mostly rap/ and RnB. I found out from some other people their that some rap music artist sometime stop here to throw parties. The female rapper Trina was the last major one to stop by here. The food looked good, but I had only beer, and the prices went up since the last time I was here. A beer bucket with non-domestic beers will set you back over 20 dollars, and the hostess is nice but pushy for a tip. Not my favorite thing but OK. The single bottle of non-domestic beer will be over 7 dollars, with domestics like miller lite a bit less. The thug factor is kinda high, but you probably won't have trouble her with the number of bouncers in the club. As far as the dancers some could be models in hip-hop videos, but they are few and busy so you might have to wait a while. The same with the wait if you want a non-black entertainer. The rest of the Women I would rate range from 7 to 4 on a scale from 1 to 10. They have the dance specials where you can get several dances for 40 dollars. I took one of the better looking black dancers for a private dance. The booth as semi- private but anyone could walk by and the bouncers do every so often. The dancer gave me very good grind on during her dances and allowed for some touching but you could not do very much because of the people walking by. The songs are not very long, but she said that you get the full 5 minutes per song if you paid for dances that were not on the special or that we could do more in the vip rooms which start at 200 dollars for 15 minutes and go up from there. I did not go further with her but I got the sense that more could be had at this club with some of the women, but only in the VIP rooms. There were a lot of people at the club and I was there from 1 am till 2:30 am. I say it is an Ok place to check out, but you need to be into black women to have fun here.
