Reopened!

Heard they had reopened after the death of the previous owner, so we went down to check it out. There is currently a $25 cover but beer and well drinks are free all night. Our guess is PA's arcane liquor laws are in play and they need to transfer/re-acquire the liquor license, but in PA, you can give liquor away so that's what they are doing. If you figure the cover used to be $7, that's under $20 for all you can drink. Nothing top shelf but reasonable name-brand beer with well liquor so it's not a bad deal if you partake. They are only open Wednesday-Saturday nights now, with a much larger line-up of girls than the last few visits (I believe my last review only saw 4-5 girls working, was at least 10 this time). As is typical at the Cricket, there were a couple of 8s walking around, a couple 6s, and then some under 4s. Most were friendly and several stopped at the table and chatted, only one was pushy for the dances but she was one of the hotter girls there and it was a good-natured pushy where she was playing with us, not being a bitch. Dances are still the same deal as before, $25 for one in the little booth or two for $45 in the couch booth. Both girls I sampled on the couch were not shy in saying the price was "plus tip" but they did not set an amount. Rules, as the first dancer explained, are also as before - don't kiss her on the mouth or put a finger inside, but hands are free to roam. Cameras are still in use and you can see the screen monitored by the DJ on the way to the booth. Both girls gave a good grind and good show, but they did not let their hands roam at all. As before, I have never found any extras or takeout available here. The crowd was the same as always, relaxed and diverse; there were some female customers with girlfriends and a few couples. All in all, it's still a good hangout and we ended up staying much later than anticipated, although some of that was due to the free drinks that kept flowing!
