Longing for the Old Days

I had a free afternoon a few weeks ago and decided a day strip club trip to Greenville, SC was in order. I pulled up first to Platinum Plus with a total of 4 cars in the parking lot. It was almost like going into a public library only with music playing. 3 dancers, manager, bartender, DJ, VIP room bird dog, and me. Sounds like a happening place right? Two of the dancers were old timers who recognized me, but it took me a while to remember them. One a pretty brunette but with a little belly from her kid, the other a skinny chick. The third latched on to the next guy who came in, I spent most of the time sitting with the 2 old timers at a table next to the manager and bartender. (No need for the bartender to actually be at the bar considering I was the only customer in there). I got a couple totally forgettable dances from the skinny chick and a few better ones from the brunette. Pasties are in order of course plus the dancers had to ask the manager what was allowed in back. Apparently 2 dancers and 1 customer is now a no no in the VIP. Lastly, upon entering the VIP the aforementioned bird dog comes into the VIP and not only stands there watching you, he also walks by you about once every 2 minutes. And I'm the only customer in the VIP. Total buzzkill. If you like sitting in a club talking to dancers, you might enjoy a visit to the "new" PP. If you are going for some action, even just a little bit, you will be sorely disappointed. I don't see how this club has a chance of surviving.
