Kappa Kabanna Review

I was traveling in downstate Illinois and decided to see what the clubs are like "out on the rural route." I liked what I had seen in the reviews of the Kappa Kabanna, so I thought I'd check it out. It is way out in the middle of nowhere, but not far from Bloomington-Normal, which is home to a couple of good-sized universities, so I thought it might have some promise.

I was there on a Thursday night from 9:30-10:30. There is plenty of free parking in a well-lit lot; the cover was $5.00 and bottled water was $4.00. The club was fairly large and pretty nice inside, and that night there were 8-10 girls working and about that many customers. One of the girls told me the evening shift starts at 10:00, so I got to see some of both the early and late shift crew. There was one AA girl that I saw and the rest were white. All were fairly attractive, but mostly in the 6 to 7 range by my estimation. All were friendly and approachable.

They have a good-sized stage with two poles, and there are runways that extend from the stage to the left and right. On a busy night, I could imagine there might have been good use of all that stage area, but it was a slow night, with only one dancer on stage at a time. I thought the stage lighting was VERY dim – definitely too dim for my tastes, as it was really hard to see the girls' bodies. The girls did 2-3 songs each, and they have the option of getting fully nude. Some did and some didn't, and the ones who did get nude seemed to give the PLs at the tip rail an eyeful, which was nice – though, again, the stage was not well lighted.
