Slow but rewarding

I stopped in around 3:00 PM Tuesday. There was a dancer on stage (never caught her name) and another, Anne Marie (more about her later) taking a patron to the private rooms. The setup remains the same, a T shaped bar with 3 poles, only two of which are normally used in the afternoons. Do yourself a favor and choose a seat in the darker section of the bar, along the wall opposite from the DJ booth. The girls tend to be a little more "friendly" when you are sitting out of the line of sight of said DJ and manager on duty. There were only about 5 customers at the time. After the girl whose name I never heard finished her set she proceeded to the side of what was apparently a regular and after a few minutes disappeared into another of the private rooms. Anne Marie came by and asked if I wanted a private dance. Having taken her to what was probably the worst Atlantis private dance ever a couple of weeks I respectfully declined. I would swear 15 minutes passed before another dancer appeared. The manager was obviously looking in the back and up the side stairs for a couple of dancers who had apparently gone AWOL Finally they appeared and one of them (Puma) made it to stage. She fits the mold of many Atlantis dancers; slender, attractive and well built. I also liked her eye contact from stage. There is nothing more annoying than a dancer who stares off stage as though she would rather be undergoing a root canal. She made her way to my chair and.after some friendly body language we adjourned to the private rooms. Two dances later we finished, myself quite satisfied and Puma requiring a change of outfits. I only drink soda when mongering so can't comment on drink prices but sodas cost $5.25 each, a bit steep even for strip club standards. And my impression is dancer numbers and quality improves later in the week and a little later in the afternoon. However, if you are patient you can usually find someone who will make sure your visit ends happily.
