Consistently OK

Boring stuff out of the way first: I feel like valet is always so hassle, so just park across the street next to the IHOP. It's literally a couple feet away.

Pacers has been the most consistent strip club I've visited in San Diego. I've gone 5 or 6 times in last couple years and the experience is always the same. I've never gotten out of paying the cover, but I've also never gotten much static from the bouncer. Walk-in, bar in front of you, stages on either side. I'd rather have the club not serve alcohol and be fully nude, but whatever. Before they remodeled, the stage on the right definitely was subpar and seemed to have the bigger/ethnic girls, but now its a wash. Pick whichever has the hotter dancer at the moment and move around. There's plenty of seating away from the stage if you don't want to drop a lot of cash up front.

There are only a couple of smoking hot dancers with tight bodies, but most are solidly attractive. If you're expecting Vegas quality talent, you're going to be disappointed (which seems weird given the general talent pool here in San Diego). It's SD though, so all the girls come around asking for $1 after there dance, no biggie. Here's the weird part thought. While the girls will definitely push you to buy a dance, I've never had one try to upsell me for any type of VIP dance. NEVER. You go to Goldfingers and they start working you right away about VIP. Here...nothing. I'm not necessarily complaining since it saves my wallet and I wouldn't be able to say no...it's just weird.
