Still worth a visit?

Got there a little after the 2:00 pm open. Not very busy. Had not been there since the remodel. My main concern was did they destroy the character of the place by all that went into the make over? Would the girls be different? Would the music be too loud and over powering? Would the place lose it's lower Michigan charm and become another "Vegas" place? Well from my observation the more things change the more things stay the same. There were two dancers present during my visit. Others appeared as I was leaving. Both were friendly and both worked hard to be charming. I bought the $10 wrist band that on Monday puts the price of dances at $10. Despite my best efforts to resist the charms of the two ladies, I probably left about $250 lighter all told. Music volume was fine. Music selection was 60s and 70s. Which, though I would not choose, was just fine. Though the furnishings were updated, they didn't really interfere with what makes this place a keeper.
