Visited: Thursday Afternoon

I had a free afternoon so I figured I would try out the legendary Follies dayshift and wanted to write about it while it was still fresh in my mind. I arrived about 12:30 on Thursday afternoon, there was no valet in the parking lot and no cover. The busty lady that greeted me to give a pat-down was very professional about it - nothing like I've heard about from other reviews - just business.

I went to the bar and ordered a beer - Bud Light was $5, but I overheard the bartender charge someone $5.50 for a Yeungling so I'm not sure how far the price goes but $5 is typical of any bar, SC or otherwise, in Atlanta so I was definitely OK with it.

There was a massive amount of dancers there of all varieties, old, young, all races, all shapes. I took in my surroundings and eyed a few girls, there were only 2 dancers on stage at any time and no one was really paying them any attention, pretty much every girl in the place was either with a customer or on their phone. About 10 minutes at the bar and a blonde costa rican spinner with a set of bolt-ons approached me from behind (I was still at the bar) and asked if I wanted a dance she quoted me $10/song. Since I hadn't seen anyone else even get approached in the 10 mins I had been there I thought I would take a chance on her. She led me to the couches to the left of the door just as a song started. Not much grinding, a little stick shifting and a good bit of 2 way contact made me stay for dance 2 where she took off her bottoms (for $10, who can really complain). After dance 2 She quoted me $160 for VIP, but I declined. I couldn't get her to quote a menu to me and I know the running price is $152.
