Fun place to have a few beers and watch a fight

Came here recently to watch a boxing fight with a couple of buddies. The club is very large (largest in Tampa, they claim), but for its size there aren't that many TVs. Of course, this isn't a sports bar, so I shouldn't have expected many. The place didn't get that crowded (we didn't stay very late, until about 9 pm), so that wasn't really a problem for us.

I had a couple beers. One slightly annoying thing about that is that Gold Club has a minimum amount to use a credit card (I forget, it's $25 or $30). On the upside, our bartender was a stunner, probably one of the hottest girls in the place, which is saying something because there were a good number of real hotties there that night. I don't remember her name (I'm really terrible with names) but she said she was new. She's a petite blonde with short hair, funny and outgoing. I'd go back just for her. She and a couple of the shooter girls hung out with me and my buddies for most of the night watching the fight, and it was a blast.

Now, readers are probably more interested in the dancers and what kind of action one could get with them. Sorry to disappoint, but this review really isn't about that. A few dancers came by (they take turns doing circuits dancing on the bars) and I tipped them a few, but this was really more of a fight night for me. Don't get me wrong, the dancers were beautiful and friendly, and not very pushy when it comes to asking you for dances (which is great for me, because pushy dancers are a particular pet peeve of mine). As a place to go have a couple of beers and watch a game or a fight, though, this place is maybe an A. Downside is that they don't have as many TVs as a sports bar and that credit card thing is annoying, but the beautiful and friendly girls on staff more than make up for that.
