Much Improved
I decided to give The Cherry a second chance after a disappointing first visit a few months ago, and I'm glad I did. Unlike my first visit, there were around 11 dancers in the club on a Monday afternoon, and would probably satisfy most people's preferences. I mostly sat and watched the stage show, and it probably took an hour or so for the first rotation to go through. Several dancers came and sat with me for a few minutes. None were pushy, but it was clear they were mostly interested in getting me to buy dances. I decided to take my time, and eventually started chatting up an attractive blonde spinner. After she hit the stage, she came back and sat with me and we talked about lap dance prices. It seems like the Cherry is more interested in selling blocks of time than individual dances, with 15 minutes starting at $75 and increasing from there. She made it clear that there were no cameras back there. As for per dance prices, she quoted me 2 for $40, which I took her up on. The DJ's didn't seem to cut songs short, so my two songs seemed pretty long. She gave a great dance, one of the best I've had in a while. I would definitely repeat.
I'd say the new Cherry afternoon crew is going to give the Pony a run for its money. I like the Pony, but the last few visits the talent has seemed stale and the songs are short. I may try my luck at the Cherry for a while.
One other thing, although there were people smoking in the club, it didn't really seem to smoky in there, and I didn't smell quite as bad when I left. I don't know if they just have good ventilation or what, but I welcome being able to leave a club without smelling like an ashtray.
