Back Again!

I arrived at Follies shortly after noon. I parked my Viking-mobile across the street in the Hispanic grocery store parking lot. I've done that each and every time and my vehicle has always been there when I got back. I don't know if you'd be safe doing that at night time though. The door girl gave me a quick pat down and I entered the club. No cover charge during the day on weekdays. Follies had only been open about 30-45 minutes when I arrived, so there weren't many dancers circulating right away. After a little while, things started to pick up and the dancers started appearing from out of the dressing room.

When you first enter Follies, the bar is straight ahead. The couches are off to the left and there are two sets of VIP room. One set is near the couches, and the other is towards the back of the club. I bought a water and it was 5 bucks and I tipped the waitress a dollar. Later on I bought a Sex on the Beach which costed a whopping 10 dollars, but I was going all out on this particular day. They have all different types of drinks you can order here. Beer, water, mixed drinks, you name it.

Being that it wasn't busy due to how early I arrived, 3 or 4 of the ever so popular high tables were not taken. I kept shadowcats' seat warm. :-) On my previous two visits to this club, I didn't get a chance to get a dance on the high top tables, so this time I had to give them a try. Getting dances on the high top tables definitely has its advantages, but I still think the couches are almost as good.
