Have been going here for a couple of years and I think the club's attitude has improved lately. Michelle - who has been there since it opened a couple years ago - is still a great dancer and is really nice once you get to know her (which may take a while - it did for me.) Brooklyn has a great 'dark side' look (not goth, but very Brunette) and Joy is always friendly. This place is more like a Cheers with tits for me where you can just sit and chat a little and have a couple drinks and occassionally do a dance - there are some high pressure girls, but most of them aren't (or maybe I just know who is and who isn't now.) I'd recommend for your basic lap dance and drinking experience. The rest of the Block is just getting too damn scary.
