First time.

Ok, I finally made the trip. Been reading for a while. First, when you take I-5, take the last exit and turn left over the bridge and park behind McD's. A lot shorter walk.

$5 taxi to and from, tipped $1 each. You can actually see a tall red building with HK on it from the border (look right / west) but I would not encourage trying to walk it.

Return trip, the walk across was over 2 hours, serious buzzkill.
