What happened to this place

i haven't been here is some time and decided to stop by after some beers at risque down the street...i heard that some changes were made..my mistake...not friendly service from the bartender....the place was really bright...weird....and the girls were on you for tips as soon as you walk in....wasn;t a busy night i guess...i literally stayed for about half a beer that i got after sitting there for about 15 minutes...maybe it was me...oh well...can't really recommend....used to be a decent place to go but not sure anymore.
