On my last visit to The...

On my last visit to The Show Palace, I had a YMMV experience that was below the quality of my prior experiences at the club. While the dancer I had for a series of private dances was attentive and had fairly good contact during the dances, we didn't quite hit it off and I didn't enjoy the dances nearly as much as I have previously. If I were prepared to spend additional time and some additional dollars, I expect I could have found another dancer who would have met my expectations -- but this time, as I stayed to my budget and my timetable, it was not to be.

I does look like the club has done some remodeling since my last visit, finishing a VIP room (I did not inquire) and adding some additional private dance booths. The booths really are semi private -- while there is a translucent curtain, I did not see any of the curtains being fully closed during my week night visit. Also, it was a slow night, although later in the evening, and the dancer to patron ratio was about even -- with eight or nine customers when I arrived.

I did notice that the other dancers paid dramatically more attention to me after I had some private dances with one of the dancers. I'm not sure if they smelled some money or if I was just seeing the benefit of other a drop in the number of patrons as closing approached. (Or both...)
