A tourist's visit to Yellow Rose

I was in town for a convention and met up with some colleagues to visit Yellow Rose (one of my colleagues was local and had fond memories here). The club was smaller than it looked from the outside, with a bar section down a few steps to the left as you enter, and the stage (with pole) a few steps up on the right. We were seated right by the stage by a bouncer when we arrived. It was reasonably dark (in a good way), with TVs showing sporting events, etc.

The first dancer who approached me was a skinny Asian. Because we were so close to the stage, I really couldn't hear what she was saying. She was very nice, and the club seemed somewhat slow that night, so she stuck around talking to me (and the table). After a few songs without agreeing to a dance, I said that I'd love a shoulder rub. She took me from our table and chairs to a row of built-in booth seats along the back wall. She gave a decent back rub, but skinny Asians aren't my style. I told her that my friend is totally into Asians and that we should switch when we go back to the table. We did, and I'm glad that we did.

He and I both went VIP. As he tells it, he had such a good time that she provided her e-mail address for some OTC time. I didn't really want to know any of the details of his experience. The girl I ended up going to VIP with was a very attractive brunette (probably an 8-9). She was a little skinny for my personal taste, but she was intelligent enough to listen to my preferences (I really don't like the ass twerking thing that is very popular). I probably spent an hour in there, and there was mutual touching involved near the end. The VIP area had decent curtains, but I wouldn't consider it private enough if you intend to go beyond just touching. Also, with it only being a curtain, if anyone was too loud, they'd be able to hear you easily (especially the next VIP booth).
