What Happened Here?

This is sort of an out of the way club, that almost requires GPS, if you haven't been here before. There is an attendant that watches the parking lot, that accepts tips, but does not demand. The club is a large room with a long bar on one side, a large stage with seating all around and a few private dance booths that only have beads for privacy. In other words, it's not very private. On previous trips I found a moderately active club with many a dozen dancers. They were generally friendly as we would both work to overcome the barrier caused by my inability to speak Spanish.

When I walked in this time I was shocked. The place was packed. Full of both patrons and dancers, seemingly having the time of their lives. Latterly every chair was occupied, mostly with customers, many of whom were enjoying the companionship of a young lady on their lap. Even with all this activity, I was approached after getting a drink, with offers of companionship. I accepted and was glad that I did.

There was too much of a language barrier for me to discover why the club was so active, but I did notice an ad in NT that Wednesday was 2-4-1 booze. What was interesting was that I came to Bella's after leaving Tootsie's which was dead, that evening.
