More dancers than customers

A recent Saturday night visit to the Blue Diamond revealed a small club with the primary dance floor behind the bar, a smaller one in the front corner, and pool table in the back. The bartender was pleasant, as well as a couple of the dancers who were average in appearance. One dancer was much higher on the looks scale, blond and trim, but she was with her regulars all evening and thus didn’t count. Surprisingly for a Saturday with a nearby convention of approximately 80,000 people, throughout the evening there were more dancers than customers. The Blue Diamond either has a lot more business on the other nights or I’m guessing it will not be in business much longer. As a note, it’s not topless, but a bikini bar. Private dances may be more visually fun, but I didn’t stay long enough to find out.
