First South FL Club Visit - Doubtful to Return
This review is a bit late, but I've been a traveling fool as of late. This review was for Wednesday evening April 6, 2016. I had known that I had a business in Boca for a while prior to April. Since I had never been to a south Florida club, I started the process of eliminating some clubs that weren't of interest to me. Distance wasn't an issue but full nude was a must. I prefer mostly white dancers but realized that would be hard to come by in south Florida. I reached out to Papi seeing as he's knowledgeable of the options, and he pointed me to his article, which I hadn't seen previously. I settled on Scarlett's with all the information I gathered. It's really inane sometimes how much effort goes into such a decision, but when I'm traveling I want to make it a memorable experience instead of a bust.
It's really easy to find but I did miss the left turn into its plaza the first time. Parking is OK. Valet up front, self park down the line. I think they had a few employees stationed further down the line to keep an eye on things. I was pretty far from the club but had no problems. If I remember correctly, the cover was $10. The attendants were very welcoming and polite. Upon entry, I found the bar off to the side of the main stage took a seat. Beer prices were reasonable considering the surroundings. The seats around the main stage were half filled and dancers took turns moving from there to the smaller stage that was up a few stairs and towards the entrance side of the building. That smaller stage was nice given that there were only a few seats around it, and you could get some up close action if you found a dancer you liked. Overall quality was OK. There were a few lookers but in general most were slightly above average.
Shortly after sitting down, I was approached by a brunette who asked if I wanted a VIP. I think she said she was from Romania. She asked if I wanted a dance and I passed for now. She was a persistent little thing and the third time she came by, I said I'd participate during the parade when they offer 2 for 1 dances. From intel, I knew the prices were $35 for the rooms to the left of the main stage and $45 to the right of the main stage. We went to the $35 rooms, and immediately she said the price is $45. I said nope, but she said that management had just changed it and there was a sign in the dressing room. Seeing as I literally looked on their website before I went in, I knew she was full of it. I let it slide seeing as that would be her one and only tip. I eventually had 3 dances for $80. The dance was OK, nothing special to report. I returned to the bar after that and eventually to the main stage.
