Hit or miss

Not a great neighborhood, but there's parking across the street that has an attendant. There's one stage and 1-2 dancers at a time. Most of the dancers are not hot, but there's usually 1 or 2 hot ones. The girls seem to favor regulars (no surprise). They aren't overly pushy about private dances, so it's easy to sit an relax and see if any of the girls suit your fancy.

Lap dances are not very private and the bouncer walks by every few minutes to make sure that you're not having too much fun.

This is not a high end establishment. It's a bit of a dive, kind of like a comfortable neighborhood bar with naked women dancing.
