Started ok but ended with a buzzkill

This visit happened at the tail end of March, but I'm just getting around to writing about it. I was in town on business and had already had a fun evening full of drinking, eating, and more drinking, and probably I should have called it a victory and gone right back to bed...but hell no--I'm in Vegas, I've got to check out a club! Reading reviews I decided that the OG was worth a visit, so I grabbed a cab and had them drop me off. Headed inside and ordered a beer, and shoed off the first few dancers who came by to chat me up. Eventually a cute latina comes and convinces me that a good time can be had in the VIP room, provided we are willing to spread a little money around. Being full of good cheer, I decide this sounds reasonable to me. Back there and we head, and I was then milked for all the $$ I had and then some, buying some extra shots, tipping the bartender, etc. The VIP area is behind a beaded curtain, and we did manage to get a nicely secluded corner back there. I knew I was being stupid and spending far more than I ought to, but I didn't really mind because I felt I'd basically signed up for it. But just as things were getting rather intimate, she suddenly produces...a plastic glove. That didn't work for me--totally killed the mood, and I left feeling very sour on the whole experience. Look, I love a high mileage dance and it's what I'm looking for, but I also don't like it's my right or anybody owes it to me. I'm down with whatever the girl feels like her limits are. And if that's her limit, then I respect it, but I kinda wished she'd been a little clearer about it from the beginning, and I would have made a more informed decision about whether I wanted to proceed. C'est la vie...
