I will agree with the majority that the music is just way too loud. So loud you have to yell to talk. But the happy hour is still the best deal in the world, no joke. 3.25 for Dewars and water from 4:00 to 8:00, $3 cover from 4:00 to 7:00. This would be a great deal in any bar. But this bar also has two dozen topless dancers and full contact lap dances. Sweet.
