First Time at PP
I had 3 hours to kill on a Thursday afternoon. I was sick of going to the Cheetah's Thurday day shift because I have been going there way to often for my "weekday getaway" (no offence to Cheeetah's though, that place is amazing!). I felt like I had to break the monotony of my usual gentleman's clubs and I decided to check out this club on the other side of San Jose. This place is closer to my area anyway, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
I knew it was gonna be slow, so I was prepared for the attention. It was 2:00pm and I walk in with $250 I withdrew from the ATM. The door is wide open and there is a subway gate to file people in. The older woman who operated the door was also the DJ. She was very friendly and helpful. She told me that I reminded her of Chad Kroeger, so my nickname was "Nickleback boy" for my entire stay. I thought that was hilarious. I was the only customer in the building for the entire time I was there. Having said that, it was a little difficult to pay attention to all the dancers (is that a REAL problem though? Come on...). It's not that bad for me because I like to soak things in on my first time. They were also doing auditions when I arrived, so I got to tip a few ladies who didn't even work there yet! I'm sure that was appreciated by the dancers and staff.
It's a pretty small, relaxing venue with TV's around the ceiling. The bar, DJ, and doorman share the same nook in the club. The stage is in the center of the room with all the chairs pointing toward the stage, almost like a movie theatre or concert hall. The stage is a runway that travels a large lenth of the room. It has 2 poles on both sides of the stage which are about 7 feet tall. The interior is very classy, filled with brass rails and leather everything! The seats have cup holders! How cool is that! The private dance area is a little room with two poles and the perimiter of the cubicle is a giant couch. I wonder what it looks like when the place is packed and everybody wants a private dance. Everybody crammed in the same 8' x 4' room sitting next to each other with dancers pouncing on their customers? (EDIT: Yeah, the private dance booths are just everyone crammed into a 8' x 12' room.)
