Follies keeps getting better
I arrived at Follies mid afternoon and used the Valet. Despite all the complaints about the valet, I have always had a good experience with it. The valet costs $5, but my car has always been parked up front and is returned in excellent shape. I travel, so I usually have a suitcase and briefcase in the truck. I have money in the console. Nothing has ever been disturbed.
Inside, the usual pat down, although it is not nearly as good as it used to be. Either that or I am just bored with it. No real stick shifting at all, but did ask for a tip.
Inside the club is dark and crowded.
A dancer grabbed me just inside the door and told me she would get me a seat. It was Candy, a dancer I have seen before, but she did not remember me (I think Shadow actually introduced us). We first went to the D.J side of the club, no seats at all, so we then went to the Weed smelling side of the club, Got a seat and I bought Candy a drink for her efforts. Candy is AA, upper 20's, thin, friendly, and energetic. I bought two dances for her effort. Lots of mileage, but two is my limit with Candy.
I had a constant stream of dancers of a wide mix of ethnicities, ages and sizes. I found dancers ranging from 4's to 7's. I found two who claimed to be in school, one who claimed to be a student of vetrinary medicine. I later learned she is 23 and maybe took a class at community college.
