I guess its still the best in AK...

The Bushco is something of an institution in Anchorage and is a mandatory stop for fishermen, oil workers, tourists and locals. Its a decent club with drinks that are reasonably priced ($5-6 beers). This place does seem to have dropped off a bit recently. On my most recent visit the girls were subpar for what I've come to expect at the Bush. Not a single one above a 6. The atmosphere is still pretty laid back and most of the grisl aren't too pushy. Lapdances did recently go up to $25 per song but there hasn't been any increase in service for the extra $$$. This place used to be one of my favorites because the girls were super friendly and not pushy at all. It seems like that attitude is changing and not for the better. The Bushco does not have a VIP area but the dances on stage are fully nude. This place still beats out the other clubs in town but I'm not sure how much longer that will last...
